What is the user/group permission allowing to put an agent online ?

Hello everyone,

By mistake one of our user bring online the backup agent which force the main agent to disconnect.
I'd like to remove them the right to push this button.
In the User/Group Permission settings to which rights this action is linked to ?
Is it "System settings available" located under Modules -> System Configuration -> System Setttings ?

Hi,
You can go to 'System Center' -> 'User/Groups'. Here you can add/remove the 'Switch Failover' permission from the user/group.
