What permission must a user have to be able to do the "advanced configuration of anomaly detection" in an alarm template?

Hi Bruno,

- If you can edit alarm templates, then you don't need additional permissions.
- From 10.0.12 onwards, this feature is enabled by default.
Prior to 10.0.12, a soft-launch flag was used called 'AnomaliesEnabled'.
This value is true by default, starting from version 10.0.2.
- 1 system condition must be met, which is that the DataMiner system is using Cassandra at least on one agent.
