What is the best (or recommended) way to clear all reservations from a DMS including related data such as service definitions, etc ...?
The purpose is to have a clean system so that old data and configurations have zero influence.

Removing booking information and related components such as service definitions etc. is surely not a common action to be executed. Typically, this would only be executed on test systems, i.e. not on production systems.
Currently, removing these items programmatically would typically be done through automation scripts, and for our internal testing platforms, we do have that available.
I'll get in touch with you to point you to these scripts. Be aware, to be use with caution. As indicated, this is surely not a typical activity to remove bookings and service definitions.
