In the DDL, the DataMinerID property is described as indicated below:
Does this mean the DataMinerID property is the hosting DataMiner ID?
Or is the information as indicated incorrect, and the DataMiner ID actually represents the ID of the agent where the element was initially created?

The value of this property will be the DataMiner ID of the agent where the element was originally created.
protocol.DataMinerID in combination with protocol.ElementID will provide the unique dmaid/eid identifier for the element which is executing the QAction.
