We are currently looking into implementing some additional Visio automation and would like to use one of the new features released in 10.1.
Unfortunately I didn’t find any method in the Dataminer Web API that represents the added feature. I would expect that there is a method which can be used to assign a Visio to a specific element.
Is this already implemented and just located in a different method? If not is it planned to implement this ?
This is a new feature that has been added in DataMiner Cube, but unfortunately it has not been added to the WebAPIs yet. Via the WebAPIs it’s at the moment only possible to assign a Visio to a view, a service, and a protocol.
On Collaboration you can create a new task under your project to request a new software feature to be able to assign a Visio to an element via the WebAPIs.
