Visual pages on HTML5 client does not load

Hi,

we have some trouble that the visual pages on the HTML5 client (using Dataminer with Chrome, FF or Edge) does not load. The rest of the UI works well. The following error appears:

Error trapped: Connection could not be fully established. Please check your SLUIProvider.txt logging and/or contact a system administrator.

I checked that SLUIProvider.txt on the DMA, but this was empty and I did not found any related topics on the manual. May anybody has an idea where to look to solve this issue?
