Visual Overview: list with services under a view

If we want to have a visual overview assigned to a view to display the state of all the services under that view (note the number of services can be big), what would be the best way to display this information? I think a list format would be the ideal but how can we define that in Visio?

Currently, the solution below is used, which is not ideal when we have dozens, maybe hundreds of services.

As an alternative to dynamic child shapes, you could make use of a list view component, and configure it to show DataMiner Services.
