The dynamic list component currently only allows saving a column configuration as a new name.

Renaming and deleting column configurations from UI would indeed be a good feature suggestion.

A workaround is available :
Maintaining the columnconfigurations can be done manually. I could show you how and where those are stored as separate files on the DataMiner.
