Visual Overview – How to configure the trending component on function elements?

Hi,

We would like to apply a Visual Overview on a function element that includes a trending component. The parameter we would like to include in the trend component is a table parameter.
If we reference a standalone parameter, everything seems to be displayed OK but if we reference a table parameter the trend component is not showing the trend data.
The used configuration is seen in image below:

If we apply the same configuration and visual overview file on the main element instead of the function element, then everything is displayed correctly.

Would there be an extra attribute needed to display it correctly on the function element?
For reference, this was tested on DataMiner feature release 10.1.4 and 10.1.5.

Thanks in advance.

There is an issue in those versions that causes table parameters of a DVE child to not show as trended. This (and thus the issue you’re having) should be resolved from versions 10.0.0[CU14], 10.1.0[CU3] and 10.1.6 onward.
