Visio Stencil Macros for Visio 2019

I am working with a customer and the DataMiner Stencils are not working correctly for his Visio 2019.  I believe the macros are not loading.

Will the following steps work for 2019?

The customer was using Visio for Office 365 which is the cloud version.  It was not compatible in opening Visio diagrams directly from the cube.  He switched to  Standalone Visio 2019 Pro and not everything works great!

Are you able to follow the recommendations/tips from the topic you've shared? If you think all steps are taken, maybe we are overlooking something.

Does the user see the Stencils being loaded?
Does he/she see the macro popup?
