Visio: Show shape using param and property

I'm attempting to show a shape, when a specific param exists in column 8926, but it needs to also be for a specific service (identified by property:Cloud Core Service):

[sep:-$]<A>$A|Value|[param:MWCore Cloud Gold - DE & UK services,8926]|Regex=(?i).*-soundmouse.*

The above shows the shape on every service, irrespective of whether it's for this specific service.

As a test, a text block returns every row where the regex matches, from column 8926 (confirming it's not service specific)

However, I need the shape to show only where the param matches, AND the row matches the 'Cloud Core Service' property.

I've attempted to use SubscriptionFilter: value=8902 == [property:Cloud Core service] - tried both on Group and Child shape data, but to no avail.
