Hi Dojo/ Support,

We want to change the Visio overview file in the Service Template.

I have some queries, as shown in the picture below:

  1. How can I know where is the Visio file currently being located?
  2. How can I change/upload a new Visio file?

Appreciate your assistance.

Thank you.

Hi Nur Aliah,

All the Visio files are located in the Skyline DataMiner Installation folder, which is C:\Skyline DataMiner\Views.

To upload or change the Visio file in the service template, first, you need to manually upload the Visio to the corresponding service directly (in your case, one of the VSAT Connected Site - iTelco services). Once uploaded, edit the service template by using the same name as the uploaded Visio file. Once the file name is updated, whenever you create or update VSAT Connected Site - iTelco services, DataMiner will automatically use the same Visio for those services.
