Did anyone of your customers faced version conflict error message when they open the site through cube app & web client ? We are setting up our client machine and seeing below error .
This working fine google ( mobile version)
When browsing to your DataMiner agent via internet explorer, a thin client is downloaded. After upgrading your DataMiner system or after browsing to a DMA with a different version you might face this version conflict. Basically your client is on a different version than your server. Refreshing your page should download the client again. If not working you can clear your XBAP files by browsing to <DMA IP>/tools.
However, know that we recommend to not connect via internet explorer anymore, but with our standalone client instead (aka Cube Launcher). This is fully backwards compatible, will avoid the above behavior and can be downloaded from either your DataMiner landing page or from https://dataminer.services/

Hi Divagar, glad that the version conflict is resolved. I’m afraid I’m not immediately able to help you with your second issue. Since this concerns a completely different topic, I’d propose to post this as a separate question here on Dojo. This will be more visible for other people to help you out.

The version mismatch error has cleared now post clearing XBAP files . But got another problem , when user try to login it is showing incorrect login though it is valid credentials .
They are running below client OS on their machine.

I dont find a option to attach few screen shots to show IE & OS version. Have you faced this issue before ?
Mobile version works in Chrome on the machine
