Using DataMiner.Services for remote logon [Occasionally receiving Error 500]

When using DataMiner.Services to connect remotely to monitor my DMS I am occasionally receiving an Error: Status 500

When searching the docs, I can see troubleshooting for Dashboards legacy app
https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Troubleshooting/Error_Messages/HTTP_error_500.html

The above logs show connectivity is intermittent.

What other logs files can be used to diagnose the error?

Hi Ian

can you take a look at the log files in "C:\ProgramData\Skyline Communications\DataMiner CloudGateway\Logs". This could tell us if the connection is stable.
