When using DataMiner.Services to connect remotely to monitor my DMS I am occasionally receiving an Error: Status 500
When searching the docs, I can see troubleshooting for Dashboards legacy app

The above logs show connectivity is intermittent.
What other logs files can be used to diagnose the error?

can you take a look at the log files in "C:\ProgramData\Skyline Communications\DataMiner CloudGateway\Logs". This could tell us if the connection is stable.
