Using an alarm template to replace the contents of the ‘Parameter Description’ field

Hello..

Using an alarm template, is it possible to replace the contents of the 'Parameter Description' field in an alarm with something else i.e. other thann its default values.??

Hi Ken,

I think what you're looking for is an Information templates | DataMiner Docs
Information templates allow you to override certain parameter data (names, descriptions, etc.) defined in a protocol without making any change to the protocol itself.
