Hello! Every so often, we get a user who attempts to login to cube but gets the attached error message saying Start Dataminer software manually. This user has access and has been in the application before. We have randomly seen this issue and have been unable to pinpoint a common point of failure.
What log files can I look at to show attempted logins to cube and if it was denied? Thanks for your help!

Are you accessing the system using Remote Cube? If you are, I suggest you contact techsupport@skyline.be, they will be able to take a look at the setup of your system to identify potential issues in the configuration or networking.
