Hello Dojo,
I'm particularly interested on adding the option of managing domain users via HTML5, so that it is possible to add them to the system and assign them to a group.
Is there an existing Low Code App that can be put in any system, or are there any plans to integrate these settings in HTML5?
If not, what would be the best way to achieve this functionality? Perhaps an adhoc data source that retrieves the current users of the system, in conjunction with an automation script that allows the user creation and group assignment?
Hi Sebastian,
Currently there are no plans to add this to our web apps. For any administrator capabilities we recommend using DataMiner Cube. Is there a specific reason why Cube can't be used?
Note that you can create almost every use case using ad hoc data sources and automation scripts.
Certainly, you’re correct. However, our current emphasis is on prioritizing lower-level components and visual elements.
More and more, users are getting used to Low Code Apps, so this was a good chance to bring more people to DataMiner even if they didn’t know anything about Cube, or couldn’t open it because of Operating System reasons i.e. MacOS/Linux
