Use custom Cube version for Manage Client Versions

We recently had an issue where a Cube version caused issues with several Visios on our system, so we're trying to control the Cube version system-wide. I've found System Center > System Settings > Manage Client Versions, and have had success with "Allow Automatic Updates" as well as "Force Matching Release Version", but when selecting "Force a Specific Version" it asks to open a "Cube package *.zip".

I'm not sure what this is asking for, or where to get a .zip Cube package? I couldn't find anything in the docs, but I may have been looking in the wrong place.

I was trying to get the updated Cube version, but to essentially "version lock" it so a future update doesn't break things.

Thanks!

Hi Nick,

I believe what you are looking for is described here: DMA configuration related to client applications | DataMiner Docs > "Force a specific version"

It mentions that you can obtain these files from the folder /Webpages/DataMinerCubeStandAlone/ in an upgrade package or on another DataMiner Agent.

Feel free to let me know if this is not what you're looking for.
