Is it possible to upload an encrypted protocol using only the protocol.xml file?

Hi Thibault,

In DataMiner Cube, You will need the .dmprotocol package of the protocol if you want to upload an encrypted protocol to the server.
Reason is that additional information is needed for uploading an encrypted protocol to the server, which the XML file itself does not have.
