upgrading SRM and DataMiner

Currently we’re running 10.2.0.0-12827 with SRM 1.2.22_CU1
We would like to upgrade to the latest SRM release 1.2.31, but that one requires DataMiner 10.3.2 or higher.

So I started to upgrade to the latest feature release 10.3.6.
This however gives following error in the upgrade process and prevents the upgrade:

Prerequisite ServiceAutomaticProperties.dll failed: Detected incompatible SRM version (SLSRMLibrary version 1.0.0.29 is installed).  Please contact your System Administrator.

What is the correct upgrade process to install the latest SRM and DataMiner?

Hi Jeroen,

In this case, I recommend installing the SRM 1.2.31 package first, and then DataMiner 10.3.6.
