Upgrading local DM to 10.3.12 failed

Hi,

when I tried to upgrade my local dataminer to 10.3.12 I got this error below:

Hi Merima,

I have been able to locate identical error for an unrelated application, meaning that this issue is not related to DataMiner but to your Windows instead.

I think you should first verify that APIGateway is not already installed on your system, and if it isn’t, you could try steps outlined here.

However, it seems I already have all permissions needed. The problem is not solved unfortunately.

Hi Merima,
since you had similar issue while trying to install DataMiner Cloud Pack, and it was resolved when you installed version with embedded .NET. Could you either install .NET on your machine, or verify that it’s already installed, and then try to upgrade again?
