Unable to Proceed with DataMiner 10.4.0.0-15128-CU9 Installation

Hello,

We are trying to install DataMiner version 10.4.0.0-15128-CU9. We downloaded the installation package from DataMiner Hub and started the installation process.

However, the installation consistently gets stuck at the step shown in the attached screenshot. We have retried multiple times, but the installer does not progress beyond this point.

Could you please advise on the possible cause and how we can proceed with the installation?

Hello,

Please review the documentation at Installing DataMiner using the DataMiner Installer | DataMiner Docs, which includes a short demonstration video as well as all required instructions and prerequisites for installing Dataminer.

Based on the screenshot, it seems that Dataminer may not be starting due to a licensing issue.

If this does not help you move forward, I recommend contacting support@dataminer.services. The team will open a ticket and may request additional information to assist you further.
