Hi Dojo,
I’m having trouble logging in on the DataMiner cloud platform. When I’m trying to authenticate with my Microsoft account as per usual I arrive on an endless refresh loop on https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/reprocess. What could be the problem here?
(I was able to post this question because I was still logged in on Dojo)

Hi Reinout,
You’ll have to clear the cookies from your web browser. Then it should work again.
PS: Normally this should not happen, but yesterday we gave you more access and therefore we had to do something with your account causing your cookies to be invalid, and a loop as a consequence…
