We are trying to export one element to move it to an other DMA agent, we have tried with the migration tooling, but this seems to be blocking at some point for no reason; when doing a manual export of the element it fails with an Error: "Could not find DVE child element ID = xxxxx" xxxx seems to be a very big ID so guessing an overflow somewhere as well.
Even disabling DVE's does not allow the element to be exported. Did anyone experiance this before. We are using DMA 10.1 build 11679-CU14

Hi Bart, In addition to Michiel response I would also recommend to follow our documentation on "Exporting and importing packages on a DMA" firstly. Thereafter raising a ticket for further support investigation.

It seems a restart fixed the main part of the issue… we have been able to export the element, but now the import is failing. Or at least is not doing anything.
Does anyone have a script on how to import the data from the different data files into a cassandra database? As the data is not just an executable cql script
