Trigger a new Spark Ticket on dataminer alarm

Hello Team,

I am looking for some mechanism to automatically create a spark/service now ticket whenever an alarm gets generated on dataminer on a specific element.

I was looking into the dataminer ticketing feature, but didn’t find much. Can someone suggest some ways to achieve this automation.

Hi Ramesh,

Not sure if you already have found a solution here? To trigger on the alarms, you could use a Correlation rule. In this rule, you could use an Automation script to create the ticket. Either via an API provided by the third party ticketing service, or maybe an element that already integrates with that service.
