HI All

Been trying to retrieval thumbnail  from appear X20 and using below , i had to click advance and click continue to see the image , is there any way to bypass and view the image directly ?

Thanks, Miquel. So in this case, I will need to install the certificate in the user’s DMA trusted certificate store?

yes, the cerfiticate should be stored on the server hosting the DMA since proxy is set to true.

I also noticed that you have set the refresh to 1 which is in ms, which seems too fast.
