Can we have a text filter box in Router Control Panel as we have in Matrix view (crosspoint view) to search a specific input/output?

Could you please elaborate more what you want to achieve?
Proposals:
1. Is the purpose of the NF to show information (basic + details)?
If so, I propose to expand the 'InfoPanel' block with a new type, something like 'crosspoint search'. For starters, the UI will have a filterbox.
OR
2. Do you want to navigate to an input or an output? which was selected by the filterbox? In that case, I would add a filterbox on top of the Matrix Panel. The filterbox will be filled with all inputs and outputs that are linked in the panel (IObuttons). For this, I would add this as an option on the matrix itself to show the filterbox:
