Hi all, the site STaaS features | DataMiner Docs mentions that daily backups are automatically taken.
Would individual users be able to trigger manual backups on top of this daily backup?

Hi,
This is not a feature we support, or intend to support.
STaaS really is an "as a service" offering. Introducing manual control options would defeat the purpose of not needing to worry about storage.
As you mentioned, database backups are indeed automatically taken every day.
This should suffice for common purposes.
