Hi Dojo,

When a new booking is created, we would like to update the created SRM service automatically with an enhanced service protocol and also include some alarm capping on the included functions/elements.

We can already achieve the assignment of the service protocol and adjust the alarm capping through a small script but are wondering what the best way is to do it automatically.
Where would the best place be to perform these actions to make sure the service already exists and the included functions are available? At the LSO Start action?
Is there already some functionality available in SRM to assign a service protocol when creating the booking?
Would there be any other alternatives?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Robin,

You can add a property to your service definition, indicating that a service protocol should be loaded.
