What triggers the LSO script in SRM, Is it the SRM framework or the Booking manager app ? To put it differently, will the LSO script be triggered if the Booking manager app is not available ?

The LSO script is triggered by the "SRM_BookingActions" script, which starts when a booking starts. This script is then responsible for creating the service, triggering the LSO script, ..
However, if the Booking Manager app is not available, the "SRM_BookingActions" script will fail. This means no service will be created, the LSO script won't be triggered, and the Booking Life Cycle will not transition from "confirmed" to "service active".
