SNMP Forwarding default port

Hello,

we have two network ports configured on DMA. Alarms sent out of SNMP manager used to use the first one. After restart of the DMA now the manager uses the second one. Can I force it to use only one port permanently? Its causing problems on the destination side.

Thanks,

M.

Hi Martin,

In order to configure a fixed port for when DataMiner is acting as an SNMP agent, the DataMiner.xml needs to be modified accordingly.

Please check the documentation for a complete procedure:
DataMiner to use another port when acting as an SNMP agent

Kind Regards,
Flávio Jacinto
