I added the SMTP server details in the dataminer.xml still i am not able to send mails. Kindly helphere. attached is the SMTP config.

Besides the valuable information provided by Wim, it might be necessary to configure a specific rule on the firewall on your organization's side to allow TCP over port 25.

yES, the port 25 is also open. I telnet to the port and i am able to listen to the port.
