I added the SMTP server details in the dataminer.xml still i am not able to send mails. Kindly helphere. attached is the SMTP config.

When changing the DataMiner.xml file, the DataMiner agent has to be restarted. Did you do this?

Besides the valuable information provided by Wim, it might be necessary to configure a specific rule on the firewall on your organization’s side to allow TCP over port 25.

yES, the port 25 is also open. I telnet to the port and i am able to listen to the port.
