On my local agent that is running version 10.4.6.0 - 14348 I've recently started seeing following errors upon startup:
SLDBConnection|DataGateway.DBGateway|ERR|0|1|Error while retrieving "OldStyle" flag: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at SLCassandraClassLibrary.DBGateway.DBGateway.InitNewAverageTrending()SLDBConnection|TaskScheduler_UnobservedTaskException|ERR|0|2|System.InvalidOperationException: Could not disable file offload.
My agent didn't use to show these on startup prior to version 10.4.6 however I did play around with configuration for Cassandra and Opensearch heavily in attempt to resolve security BPAs so it is possible that I caused the issue instead of new version causing it.
I also noticed these 2 alarms after startup, although system works fine and these seem to be false alarms:
Any ideas what might be causing these and how I might approach this issue?

I do not know what the root cause could be, based on the information you gave.
However, I did a lookup in that codebase on the issue you mentioned. The same issue was reported few weeks ago and a fix is provided already.
