SLA filter on service alarm parameter

Hi,

we want to have an SLA which is only based on filter *no video* as a service alarm parameter.

So it doesn’t matter which element it is, only if the parameter has *no video* inside it should be counted for SLA. How can I achieve that?

Hi Stefan,

The only option I have in mind right now is to create a service with all of these element parameters, you should partially include the elements and filter them with *no filter*.

According to the screenshot, you seem to be expecting a very high number of these alarms, so pay special attention to the retention policy to avoid future problems with the SLA being unmanageable.

Hi Luís,
this is not really possible as in my case I have a service which includes already over 100 services. So I just want to adapt the SLA.
