Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding configuring notifications in LCA. Currently, we have a notification "Job Deleted" shown after execution of an automation script, which is configured as follows:
However, there are scenarios where script might fail, or the user might decide to cancel the deletion process from the modal window that the script presents.
In these cases, I would like to show a different notification (or no notification at all) depending on the script's outcome.
Is there a way to configure notifications, either in LCA or on the automation script side, to show a different notification (or to not show a notification at all) depending on the outcome of the script execution?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Enver,
This is currently not possible. I have created a task on our backlog to implement a 'conditional actions' feature for a use case like yours.
Hi Enver, you can find the task here: https://collaboration.dataminer.services/task/245223
Thank you!
Hi Wout,
Thanks for your answer. Could you by any chance share the task link so that I can include it in the item in our backlog, for documentation purposes.
