Hi,

I have created a dashboard that shows the status of a channel. It works perfect when I or other in my organization that have an local account at DM, but if I share it with resources outside mine organization it will not work.

The resource that I have shared it with have an account at skyline because I do an "Cloud Share". I have looked at the Kata that are presenting the rights on the folders and everything seams to be on right level.

This is how it looks for me:

And this is the shared dashboard:

Hi Thomaz,

The error you are seeing is the WAF that has blocked a specific request made by the components. I see you are using tables that are probably getting their data from a query. It is possible that the query accesses Element/View/Services/... that the cloud users do not have access for, which leads to the error you are seeing. You can manually add these rights to these users via the system center in Cube.

This is not straight forward to debug, I suggest you get into contact with tech support (support@dataminer.services) so that we can help you further.

Thanks Wout,
I will contact the support to see if it could be solved. I hope that I don´t need to add all the viewers into Cube.
