Service Template: Including Parameters from different Protocols Options for one Input

331 views28th January 2025Child Element Included Parameters Parameters service template service templates

Hi,

I am creating a service Template. In the Child Elements section; Edit Child Element, I am choosing two possibilities for the Protocol associated with Element chosen as an Input. However, based on the Protocol of the Element, I want to include certain Parameters, which are not common between the different Protocols, in other words, in the Included Parameters part, I don't find the whole list of Parameters from the different Protocols I chose...

Thank you for your help.

I would choose also two seperate child elements and as Jeroen said, select the box "This service is optional". Usually this is the best way, you can do multiple templated elements when you are just having different versions.
