Hi Dojo,
I'm configuring a Scheduler Task to send an email with a Dashbord as PDF report. This Dahsboard has a timespan component with a "Last 7 days" value by default, and also the quick pick. When I configure my Dashbord on the Scheduler, even if i click on the quick pick, the Dashboard is using the timespan of when I configured it, but not the timespan when Scheduled Task launchs the PDF generation and the email.

As far as I know, you can configure the Dashboard on Scheduler and then, when Scheduled Task is launched, first of all the Dashboard configure its components and then the pdf is generated. Is not correct?
It seems that when I'm configuring the Dashboard, I'm fixing the values although I'm not use the quick pick and use the default value.
In that case, how can I use a dynamically date to configure my Dashboard?
Thanks!
Hi Daniel,
This sounds like a software issue that was identified recently and has been addressed in the future DataMiner 10.5.12 release, planned for November 14.
You can find more details about this specific fix in our release documentation: https://docs.dataminer.services/release-notes/Web_apps/Web_apps_Feature_Release_10.5/Web_apps_Feature_Release_10.5.12.html?q=43828#dashboardslow-code-apps---time-range-component-problem-when-scheduling-the-pdf-generation-of-dashboard-reports-using-a-relative-timespan-id-43828
That's correct, a web upgrade resolves this problem.
Understood Sebastiaan. To confirm the next step, we would perform a web app upgrade only to solve this behavior. I'm right?
Thanks!
