Security.xml – What is the twitter used for?

Hi DOJO,

In the security.xml file, there is a Twitter tag under users. However, I am not entirely sure of its purpose.

I have searched the documentation but could not find anything explaining this tag.

Could you clarify its purpose and how it might affect user rights in the DMS? Is it related to the TwitterAccounts.xml file? If so, what is this file used for?

Hi Catarina,

This is a remnant of a feature from 2012 (RN3937). All functionality has been removed but the field is still present in our XML queries so the XML attribute is still created. You can safely ignore this field. We have an open task to clean this up (DCP192040).
