Security – Why do I need the CCALinkAccount permission enabled to share a Dashboard

On my system I have all the Cloud sharing permissions enabled, but it seems that I also need to enable CCALinkAccount before I can start sharing my Dashboards. Why is that? What's the difference between the Cloud sharing permissions and the CCALinkAccount permission?

This is indeed a requirement from server side in general.
The Cube client is updated in version 10.1.3.0, see image below.
