It should be allowed to "pin this card" for an operator. Which security right is needed?
Currently if the user is right clicking on the card the menu to pin the card does not appear.
Hi Dominik - I'm not aware of any security rights associated with this. The pin option should always be available (accessible via the hamburger menu or right clicking on the tab header in tab layout). Are you sure the user is looking in the right place?
Hi Dominik – glad to hear it is sorted out. For completeness, it is there also in the non-tab layouts, but you have to right click on the color-coded header of the card. And granted, it is a little thin to click on 😉

Correct, I did not notice that the user was not in the "Tab layout". In the burger menu it was always accessible, but top register was just not there to right click and get the menu.
