There are many theoretical Link Budget Calculators which can be found on the internet so for this kind of "one-off" theoretical calculations it is recommended to use one of those.

However, if you mean doing link budget calculations based on real measured parameters then there are definitely possibilities. Pretty much any calculation can be implemented as long as the necessary source data is available. That includes link budget calculation. If the parameters are available on the equipment and collected by DataMiner then it should be no problem to do real-time link budget calculations. Of course some parameters such as antenna diameter/gain/aperture efficiency, satellite EIRP, etc ... will not be measured and will need to be provided either manually or automatically read from a database or similar.
