I have installed a dataminer agent in a windows system few months ago and added users to access the agent. It was all working fine, user were able to access the system with the user credentials shared. But the agent was not used later for couple of months. Now when I try to access the cube with the same credentials am getting username/password error. I want to reset the login of user but couldnt find anything in the windows system. how do I do this.

I couldnt login to the agent on the windows machine so I couldnt access system center
P.S the windows server is an ec2 hosted in AWS.

Dataminer has a built-in user ‘Administrator’ which is the local administrator of the windows server. If you have access to the credentials you can login to the agent with this and reset the password of the other users or create new ones in the (Users / Groups) section of System Center.
