Hi Dojo,

Would it be possible to obtain the information contained in SNMP Traps generated via SNMP v2c?

I would like to verify whether values such as “Severity” can be configured based on that information.

Additionally, do you have any mapping data that correlates SNMP Trap messages with SYSLOG-style fields such as “Severity”?

Since DataMiner does not support SYSLOG output, I am considering an alternative approach using SNMP instead.

Hi Minami,

You can find the MIB files related to the SNMP traps sent by DataMiner in C:\Skyline DataMiner\MIBs.

Please keep in mind that you can customize the content of each binding (see Custom DataMiner Notification).
