Hi
We have the PING-driver implemented and this generates to much alarm and e-mail notificationd. Over which parameter can we adjust the "sharpness" of the alarms and reduce the amount of e-mails?
Sorry for this user relateted question. Probably there is some learning video - a link to the right video should be fine for me.

Hi Stefan, have you tried alarm filters to filter out the alarms based on severity and parameter description?

How are e-mails triggered via the driver or correlation?
