Hi,

This might be a silly question, but I’ve read through different help sections in DataMiner about configuring SLnet doing the Test & Save connection in SLnet, SLnet tools, etc.

But what is the purpose of SLnet is it for internal communication within DataMiner?

Hi Carlos,

You can find a summary of all DataMiner processes and their purpose in the dataminer processes section of the help.

You are correct, SLNet controls all communication among DataMiner Agents, and between DataMiner Agents and their clients.
