I’ve just tested duplicating the information template for this protocol on my local test system, and it worked correctly. However, I noticed that by default only those parameters are shown that were modified in the original information template. To view the other parameters, you need to click the “Only edited parameters” button at the top, and then select “Only protocol parameters” or “All parameters (protocol + general)”, depending on what you want to see.

Does this solve the problem for you? If not, could you also let us know which DataMiner version you are using, and which update track you use for DataMiner Cube (you can see this in the Cube start window, by clicking the cogwheel button and selecting Settings)?
