Prepare and deploy Alerter configuration

Hi all.

I have prepared sounds and filters to do an alerter. Even More I've already 1 user using it.

How could I deploy this configuration of Alerter to multiple users?

Hi Henri,

As stated in the documentation [Link], the user settings are stored in the DataMiner server, so if you have admin access to the system and if your IT policies allow it, you could try copying the alerter settings to another user.

Note that I haven't tried this myself, but I did confirm that if you switch the DMS in alerter [Link], the settings are automatically applied to the new DMS.

Hi. You’re rigth! it’s working by copiing AlerterSettings.zip on users directory on the server.
